DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We deliver our products to the USA. There is no minimum order quantity, and all our deliveries are free of charge (excluding French overseas departments and territories and French Polynesia).
I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Don't worry, there's still time to fix the problem. Simply send us your corrected address with your order number and we'll amend your details. Please note that we cannot make any changes after your parcel has been dispatched.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, from which point you will be able to take into account the delivery times announced.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Our team takes between 7 and 20 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free of charge). We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY'S HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Don't worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they're small enough. That said, if your parcel is too large or your letter carrier doesn't have access to your letterbox, your parcel will be dropped off at your nearest post office.
WHY HAS MY PARCEL BEEN RETURNED TO YOU?
If you have entered the wrong address, or if you have not collected your parcel from the post office on time, the parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case, you will need to contact us so that we can return your parcel to you. The cost of returning the parcel will be 10 euros.
MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your parcel will arrive shortly.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order at any time! If the order is already being prepared, you'll need to send the product back to us first, so that we can process the refund!

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note, however, that we only accept returns for products in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT IF IT IS PERSONALIZED?
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications (specific engravings, motifs, etc.) or clearly personalized.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
Exchanging an item may be an option if you wish to return a product. For example, if an item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the same item in the size you want. This always takes place within 14 days. Shipping costs are at your expense.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Refunds take around 7 days if the order was placed by credit card. Refunds are immediate if the order was placed via Paypal.
