If you place a complete order and validate it by credit card before 1 p.m., we usually process it the same day. If you place your order after 1 p.m., we usually process it within 24 hours.
We prepare orders from Monday to Saturday, as soon as all products are available. If an item is unavailable, your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. Our products are shipped from several shipping centers, which may result in several packages being received for the same order. In this case, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Once your order has been validated, you have24 hoursto contact our customer service department to request a cancellation or modification. After this time, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept requests for cancellation or modification, as your order will already have been prepared.

When you receive your order, it is essential to check that the package has not been damaged in transit and that the product is in perfect condition. If the package is damaged, it is important to report this to the driver and note the details on the carrier's delivery note.
